I began my mortgage lending career as a Realtor and have been working at Chase since 2005.

I have a combined 29 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. I graduated from West Virginia University in 1972 with a BS degree in Journalism. I served in the US Army as a military policeman in Germany for three years. I sold real estate for 14 years in New Jersey and became a licensed real estate broker. In 1991, I joined the mortgage industry as a loan officer for Fleet Mortgage and finished in the top 20 nationwide my first full year in the industry. I achieved leadership status every year as a loan officer and attained membership in Norwest's (now Wells Fargo) elite President's Club in 2002, which meant I finished in the top 20 out of approximately 10,000 loan officers. In 2003, I became their Regional Builder Sales Manager for New Jersey/Southern Connecticut. In October 2005, I joined Chase Home Mortgage as Vice President-Divisional Builder Relationship Manager and am responsible for the builder business in NJ, DE and PA.
